How do we collect information from you?

The main way we obtain information about you is when you Register or Update your Profile. This is the Core Information that is used to Display your Profile, Show you in Search Results, Match you to other Members etc. This includes Profile & Gallery Photos uploaded to our systems. Your email is obtained during registration and your IP Address & Device TimeZone are collected when you login. We also use Google Analytics, Google Search Console (Webmaster), Google Adsense and other Google Products.

What type of information is collected from you?

Some of the Personal information we collect includes email address, gender, religon, location, age, languages spoken, height, hair color, eye color, ethnicity, nationality, occupation, education, relationship status, body art, marriage views, pets, drinking/smoking/drug habits, childern, food, body type, interests, photos and also what your looking for in a partner like age prefences, location, children situation etc. Email, IP Address & Device TimeZone are also obtained. Other information includes Contact Us requests, Messages you send to other Members on the site and Events relating to your interactions with other Members. Note: we don't hold any Credit Card information by rather use PayPal as an all in one Payment Gateway Solution.

• Display your Profile for Members & Non-Members (users viewing without being logged in)
• Display your Profile Information on Site Pages like Search, Messages, Contact & Home
• Display your Profile on other GONE GLOBAL Dating Sites. GONE GLOBAL consists of over 100 Dating Sites with more as SubDomains. This number of sites is likely to slightly increase going forward. Currently your Profile information can show on any of these Dating Systems. In the future we are planning on seperating & isolating some Dating Sites and/or using strategic connections between similar Dating Topics.

• Emails we send to Members like "New Messages", "My Matches", "Forgot My Password"
• Seek your views or comments on the Services we Provide

We review our Retention Periods for Personal Information on a Regular Basis. Being a young Dating System we currently have a Data Retention period of 10 years which we Expect to Significantly Reduce in the Future. Note: Profiles not logged into for 6 to 12 months would Rarely show on the System. We provide "The Right to be Forgotten" allowing members to 100% remove their Personal Data from the System.

Who has access to your information?

Currently we do not Sell or Rent any Personal Information to third parties. We don't have any plans to do this currently but reserve to right to potentially pursue this path in the future.

Data at Rest & Data in Transist are Encrypted wherever possible within an AWS American Data Center. We've also enable a range of other AWS Security features to further protect our offering and have plans to further again enhance security going forward. Out plan is to stay ahead of the pack with respects to Security.

While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot 100% guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and therefore you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems. Where we have given (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.

Profiling

We may analyse your personal information to create a profile of your potential matches, interests, preferences etc so we can offer you a better dating experience. Our use of Profiling is to better understand our members needs and provide an improved dating system and improved individual experience.

Our Data is stored with AWS Amazon Web Services in an America Region. We have signed a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with AWS to ensure we are included in the AWS Compliance with the EU Data Protection Laws.

Following is an Extra from AWS regarding the EU Data Protection Laws Compliance: "customers who wish to transfer personal data from an AWS region in the European Economic Area (EEA) to one in another part of the world, including the US, AWS customers can do this in compliance with EU data protection law under the terms of the AWS Data Processing Addendum with Model Clauses, which was approved in 2015 by the EU data protection authorities (called the Article 29 Working Party). These options are available to all AWS customers who are processing personal data, whether they are established in, or a global company operating in, the EEA."

How we Deal with Data Breaches

We will inform our Data Protection Authority of any Data Breaches that risk Peoples Rights and Freedoms with 72 hours. In Australia the "Privacy Amendment (Notifiable Data Breaches) Bill 2016" takes affect on the 22nd February 2018. We will report all Data Breaches via this Australian Notification System and we will also endeavour to inform the individuals at likely risk of servious harm.
